Mark came to visit and we took a night to go to a touristy dinner. The food was fantastic and the show was really cool, too. There is a traditional liquor here called Cacique Guaro. It is made from sugar cane and is so good that it's dangerous. We enjoyed some cocktails made with this while we watched the show. Here we are at the restaurant....
This picture was taken outside the restaurant. It shows San Jose and all of the central valley behind us...
They played a lot of traditional music. This instrument is from 1932. Oh, and Layne says he misses his sax!
